Diagonal Spain has been accredited recently to manage projects of the European Voluntary Service, and there is no better way to celebrate that requesting our first project. It is a project of EVS of long duration and involves four partners from Spain, Poland, Greece and Portugal and to a total of 6 mobilities: 3 in reception in our association and 3 of Shipment.Each partner with our paths, fields of action, collective with which we work, and especially according to our local contexts, we have different needs, However, in regard to this project we have been able to find some common needs, also interests, motivations and keen to put in place a project such as this to give the opportunity for our young people to live an experience of international volunteer services.The project "DIAGONAL SPAIN VOLUNTEERING" enjoys the following objectives:Overall objective: to develop and improve the skills and abilities of young people participants at multiple levels through the experience of the European voluntary service.Specific objectives: - to welcome young volunteers in Diagonal Spain to develop their work in the areas of communication, teletraining and accessibility. -Generate e Spain an inclusive space involving deaf people in equality. - send youngsters to other countries to participate in local development projects related to youth entrepreneurship, support to the children and youth and with the sostenibildiad.Therefore, in this project are shown, for part of the visit of advance planning for the responsible, two activities, the first to welcome into our entity to three young people, two of Poland, one of them/os Sordo/a, and the second to send young people to the partners of Portugal and Greece.The stated objectives connected with the following objectives or expected results of this action:- Improvement of the learning outcomes- increased employability and enhancing the career perspectives - Increase in the sense of initiative and the spirit of enterprise- Improvement of the self-training and self-esteem - improvement of competencies in foreign language.And as well as the proposed activities will have a non-formal character, participatory, dynamic, which invite the reflection, especially in regard to European issues and for the construction of Europe, on inequality and discrimination, promoting respect for cultural diversity, the fight against racism and xenophobia.
