Learn.Empowerment - Self-directed Learning for Low-skilled Unemployed People

The project has developed “Guidelines for integration of self-directed learning into vocational education and training of low-skilled unemployed persons” and a “Tool Box” in order to overcome barriers to (lifelong) learning that are related to motivation to learn, aptitude to learn and training offers that do not match the interests and capacities of low skilled people. Moreover, it has developed models to show how tender specifications from funding organisations can be modified in order to allow for more flexibility.
