The project aims at establishing a sustainable partnership in education of 3 EU countries (United Kingdom, Slovakia, France) and 3 strong leaders in education -Harmony, Pilgrims, Globe Langue Solutions for education of managers and teachers - adults who want to improve the quality of teaching based on a comparison of the educational process in partner countries, exchange of experiences and develop new ideas and directions in order to improve process. Learning Partnership aims to gain experience for teachers, education managers, project managers - the innovators of education. The name of the project "Learn and Lead" tells us that we learn from others, we get the opportunity to reflect on our own practices and we are inspired by the introduction of innovative ways of learning. Within the partnerships we have the opportunity to gain new insights and a lot of experience directly in the learning process in the partner country. Main aims are:- to create lifelong partnership of 3 institutions in 3 member states and to extend it to other countries- to develop learning modules within the learning programmes for teachers- to set up criteria to obtain credits for successful accreditation of new selected programmes- to establish local centers CPDCI in the member states for regional purposes
