During the long-term 10 months EVS project "Learn and change with EVS", starting on the 1 September 2015 and finishing on 30 June 2016, 2 volunteers from Slovakia, sent by the sending and coordinating organization - A.D.E.L. will volunteer in NGO Youth Power, hosting organization in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. During this EVS, volunteers will have a unique chance to experience the whole process of development and implementation of various projects, activities and events for children and youth. They will be involved in different activities - logistic aspects of preparation projects/activities/events, the tasks related to multimedia (taking picture, making posters, videos), promotion, creating/updating website and be involved and learn about non-formal education, its methods and tools. Volunteers will also have the opportunity to organize their own activities for children and youth in local community according their personal interests (such as workshops, cultural, enviromental, sport or multicultural/peace-building events)with support of experienced NGO Youth Power staff. In the second part of the EVS project, they will be also encouraged to prepare their own Erasmus+ project which could be prepared and applied with cooperation of hosting and sending organization. Volunteers will get rich cultural experience, get know local customs, language, history, folklore dances, songs and much more.
