The training course is executed in Hungary from 3rd to 10th November and will gather 34 participants from Portugal, Estonia, Spain, Greece, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia, Turkey, Poland, France and Lithuania. Project "Leadership +" is based on the fact, that group leaders from different NGOs, including some that work with people with disabilities, are able to increase the quality of Youth Exchanges through finding appropriate models of motivating youth to actively participate there and gain new skills and knowledge. The main idea is through the laboratory to find this form of motivation where leader is not a teacher or mentor, where leader plays a role of a facilitator who knows how to involve and motivate youngsters. The projects aims to assist and help current or future group leaders to develop their competences and become more active in the field of international youth work. We clearly believe that participants will be helping to create later youth exchanges of a better quality under the Erasmus+ program.
