This project " the train of Europe " is the 3rd stay of a trinational exchange which began in summer, 2011, to Trégunc in Brittany around activities of expression. In July, 2012, the group found itself in Germany to Geising with the discovery of the environment and the local heritage(holdings). These two stays centred on the intercultural exchange and the meeting were positive so much at the relational level, the discoveries and the intercultural learnings. At the request of the young people we enclose this project by the welcome of the group of 30 young people from 14 to 20 years old at Vucje in Montenegro from 13 till 24 August. On 30 young subscribers from the 1st stay, 2/3 positioned to participate in this stay in Montenegro. 6 organizers and 1 joiner will frame this group. Having worked on the cultural differences, we are going to work on the psychic differences. The objective is to build a wooden train for mentally handicapped persons' center of Berane, (the city where is situated the seat of the Friendly Club). A Montenegrin joiner will liven up this workshop wood. Parallèllement to this workshop joinery, a workshop drawing will be frame by an organizer on the theme " if you had to draw Europe ". These drawings will come to feed the train of Europe. Every morning we shall begin the day with a linguistic animation. This one will be of use as support to the writing of a lexicon in 3 languages on keywords and expressions necessary for the meeting, for the journey. We wish to bring the young people to exchange on their real-life experience as young person in their country, how they envisage the life tomorrow. We also wish to value youth programs through the construction of the train, and to make take to the young people that they are fortunate to be able to benefit from this device. We shall also take advantage to discover the diversity of the landscapes of Montenegro. Cooperative games(sets) will come to punctuate the times(weathers) before the meals to favor and strengthen the cohesion of the group. The collective tasks will be assured by the young people and the organizers. In the beginning of stay, we shall suggest to the young people establishing groups where 3 nationalities will be present. Every group accompanied with an organizer, will have to join on the various tasks necessary for the organization of the stay , meal, dishes, cleaning of the collective spaces). Two times of evaluation will be formalized under playful shape, photomontage, unstable debate. We hope that this stay contributes to arouse the desire for the young people to travel, to study abroad and to develop relational capacities, integration. A continuation in these stays will can can be a being to envisage but under which shape, it will be the young people who will decide if they wish to continue or not.
