Latintercambio Europeo! has been a project of youth exchange, which have carried out a group of young people from 4 European countries, who besides being EUROPEANS share a common intrinsic aspect in language, culture and our geographic location: "The root America. " We have put together for 9 days, a group of young people from Italy, Spain, Romania and Portugal, with the purpose of working, through activities and dynamics, the challenges we have to face the young people when we move around different countries in the region . We also analyzed the opportunities offered by mobility in a common region, as Europe and among other activities, we carry out actions to raise awareness of the importance of equal rights and social inclusion of people who have to emigrate different reasons. In this regard, we addressed the following issues: -Migrations -Academic and labor opportunities -Social inclusion A novel aspect we have had in this project, in relation to others, is that the LANGUAGE DEVELOPMENT HAS BEEN THE SPANISH. This facility represents the understanding being Latin roots, which we remember from the beginning and gave us communication, since one of the purposes we wanted to influence it was emphasized that the lack of English were not a constraint to participate . Our activities during the exchange, have been completely PARTICIPATIVAS. We focus on the method NFE and we brought the issues investigated by young people during the months leading up to share with the rest already in the Interchange. Our meeting took place during 18 to 27 June 2015 in San Lorenzo de El Escorial, doing an activity day in Madrid and also making a cultural and working visit in the city of Segovia. In this project we participated 7 young and monitor each country. Among other things, the project results in learning and experience, for us, have resulted in: Establishment of networks of cooperation and teamwork -Confidence To take industrial action in partnership with young people at national and international level Promotion and dissemination of individual and collective capabilities using tools acquired with the project Establishment of relations with public organizations supporting youth and the general population An expression of learning in the form of new concrete projects in the short medium and long term.
