TERMINÉ
The general objective of the project is the efficient management of water for environmental sustainability and has two specific objectives: developing studies and plans for two drainage channels in the area, in order to collect rainwater, respectively, organizing meetings on water management issues with the main stakeholders in the area, especially the local people of Salonta and Sarkad. The main activities of the initiative are project management; communication activities, studies and plans elaboration, organization of the workshops and a Web-page creating free accessed debates on projects. The target groups are the inhabitants of the two communities, as well as the local administration. The main results of the project are the studies for improving the water drainage systems in the two communities and better communication and information regarding these aspects with the local communities (topographical, hydraulic and geotechnical studies, feasibility study; documentation for permits, agreements and authorizations obtaining; P.T. and D.E. design, Term of Reference, etc.).
