The aim of the project is to attract EVS volunteers with their own approach and fresh ideas to find out more effective ways to develop both youth centers - Liepajas Young falcon and youth center in neighbouring village Nica.Volunteer tasks of the project will be:* Participate in the daily work of the centers , including meetings with different age children and youngsters, organize and run creative workshops and sports activities.* To organize and lead foreign language lessons with NFE methods for different target groups;* To create electronic NFE method tool for teaching foreign language for different target groups;* To organize youth activities, camps, hikes, musical events and competitions;* To organize inter-cultural evenings and discussion groups in their own language;* Cooperate with local authorities - to promote the voluntary work and help to develop new skills and knowledges of local people in different age groups;* Promote visibility and popularization of EVS and work of leisure time centers.The EVS volunteers will promote cooperation not only between local authorities (municipalities, educational, cultural, sports and other institutions), but also will make significant impact on the daily work of the centers, where volunteers will bring a new European perspective in their daily work, as well as organizing big events.The project will involve the young people with fewer opportunity - geographical, social and economic, that will give a chance for them to take part in such projects.
