Through a Euro-Mediterranean partnership, we wish to promote youth mobility within a territory that belongs to all young people regardless of the nationality or cultural origin. A territory which is waiting to be exploited by the younger generations. We also want to promote active citizenship and youth engagement in actions with high social value. the hosted Voluntary as part of this project will be evolved in a dynamic territory on the European level since they will be able to conduct activities in Alsace Region, cradle of European institutions.This project has four objectives: 1. Promote European programs for young people, including international mobility to the purpose of volunteering and cultural exchange; 2. Encourage youth involvement and active citizenship; 3. Promoting European citizenship; 4. Promote partnership and exchanges between the two shores of the Mediterranean As the main activity schaduled in this project, we will host a participant from a partner country of the Mediterranean, Algeria, in partnership with "Amusnawa association.The volunteer will participate in the following activities: - Organise oromotional events and meetings on the thème of international youth mobility organized by our association (information meetings, events organized by the local partners : NGOs and public bodies); - Organization of awareness workshops on "European citizenship and European youth mobility; - Production of communication media of the association (leaflets, flyers, videos, social networking animation) and the updating the website dedicated to the project (http://www.tambour-battant.eu); - Production of ommunication media to specific actions according to our expectations.Details of the activity:* Type: EUROPEAN VOLUNTARY SERVICE* Number of participants: 1* Duration: 12 months* Dates: from 01/06/2016 to 30/05/2017* Themes: - International cooperation - European citizenship - Culture and creativity* Venue : Sélestat and Mulhouse (Alsace, France)
