Due to: - The difficult situation of the labor market in Spain where youth unemployment is over 50% and the high dropout rates - The Changes in the Spanish state regulations FP - The Changes in the productive system, requiring new teaching methods that include a good understanding of the work practices and that the labor market is no longer confined to national level, for it to expand to neighboring countries This mobility project is necessary to meet the educational needs of inspection European labor market, making contact with new approaches, take a more active and participatory role in places where they perform their inspection. Moreover, inspectors of education need to establish a long term approach to enable them contacts with European knowledge networks: Companies VET Schools Trade Unions and Local Authorities which will give them the opportunity to get in touch with innovation, meet other educational and productive systems, sharing best practices, and knowledge about European policies that are being implemented , improving the quality of their work in VET schools for helping to combat youth unemployment and early school leaving . The project is directly linked with the 2020 strategy and strategic priorities agreeded to help the EU and its Member States to generate higher levels of employment, productivity and social cohesion. To do this we propose - Knowing how different institutions are providing VET - Knowing how other European countries are training in workplaces - To know the professional profiles more demanded by the European Labor Market . - To understand the procedures used by the inspection of education to advice, monitor and evaluate the VET schools, which will improve the work they do. - Understand and analyze the relationship between business and educational center. Establish networking where students and teachers in VET could organize training placements Meet - employment policies and education of other European countries Learn first - hand new models competency certification. Model ECVET - To improve language skills -To Improve ICT skills - To know the meaning of active European dimension. The project has been designed for 30 VET inspectors that develop their professional activity in: integrated centers, national reference VET in secondary schools with professional families of FP that made mobility in two streams: one with 18 inspectors to Florence from 23 to 28 March 2015 and another with 12 inspectors to Brussels from 11 to 16 May. The main activities carried out by the project partners have been: Preparation mobility. Including: Selection of participants, previous training participants , logistical and contractual issues , coordination ... -Completion of the training period into two streams - Evaluation of the participants. The skills acquired during the mobility willl be certified with Europass Mobility - Monitoring . Monitor the evolution of the means established by participants in the project will be used . - Evaluation of the project. - Dissemination . Outreach activities are planned throughout all the project. A conference final dissemination of results will be the next 23th of october in the XVI National Meeting of USIE in Sigüenza. After the training period, different proposals have been written to raise them to the different public administrations and training activities will be conducted with management and other inspectors who were unable to participate directly in the project will be made. Dissemination activities and mobility itself will create an impact at the local, regional and national levels. Although not involved in the project, other entities at the local, regional and national levels will benefit from the project results.
