The project is framed within the context of need for modernization and internationalization of our educative centre, in relation to study plans and the connection between theoretical and practical curricula, betting for the implementation of the professional module "On the Job Training" in European enterprises, to adapt the training of our students to the demands of the European labor market. Detected this need, the centre pursues to ensure and increase our students options of employability through a training-work experience in European companies, that gives them an innovative vision of the labor market, a real and practical experience, and prepares them to be much more competitive in the labor market, developing at the same time, intercultural, linguistic and entrepreneurial skills. The project will involve 15 students in their final year before their graduation, of intermediate vocational training courses offered at our center: Technician in Bodywork, Technician in Vehicle Electromechanics, Technician in Electrical and Automatic Installations and Technician in Microcomputer Systems and Networks. They will develop the professional module "On the Job Training" in companies from Germany and England, for a period of 12 weeks. The centre will select five participants of the professional family: Transport and Vehicle Maintenance, 5 participants of the professional family: Electricity and Electronics & 5 participants of Informatics and Communications.The activities and methodology applied to the project implementation meet the principles and criteria established in the European Quality Charter for Mobility and consists of the following phases:PREPARATORY PHASE 1-- Briefing with students of each cycle, years 1 and 2. Information about Erasmus + program and the project for VET student mobility for work experience, start of the application phase for candidates, selection of participants, previous preparation activities with participants and briefings.- Management of participants documentation: application forms, Cvs Europass, Supplement for the Certificate of intermediate vocational studies(Europass), cover letters, all in English or the language of the destination country. Sending documents to partners.- Briefing to explain about the placement program and the work-placements. Pedagogical, psychological and cultural background of the host country, recommendations and tips. Delivery and signing of the Training Agreement and the Quality Commitment document one month before the departure of the flows.- Language support online before depart.2 - PHASES OF THE MOBILITIES: (Departure: March-April 2016 / March-April 2017)-Meeting with intermediary organization for the explanation of the placement program.-Interview with the company and establishment of the weekly working plan.-Beginning of the work-placement period in the host companies.- Weekly follow-up by the labor tutor. Tutoring of the daily activity.- Midterm and final evaluations of the participant and progress.-Delivery of certificates and Europass by the host organization- Farewell and transfer to airport.3 - PHASES OF ASSESSMENT AND DISSEMINATION (March 2016 - June 2017):- Continuous assessment during the placements, to verify the compliance of the program progress and manage possible changes.- Meeting with participants on their return to the evaluation of results. Collection of all documentation and certificates .- Activities of valorisation and dissemination of results.- Preparation and delivery of the final report of the project to the SEPIE.The Planned outcomes will be:1. Improving the technical-professional competences, skills and attitudes of the participants.2. Elimination of psychological and geographical barriers for the mobility in a European scope.3. Train people to become more competitive in the transnational and national labor market. Improvement of vocational qualifications, adapting their skills to the requirements of the European labor market.4. Acquisition of competences and skills that enhance personal development: language, intercultural, organizational, autonomy, motivation, initiative, self-esteem, etc ...5. To encourage employment and self-employment.Impact and Benefits: For students: better educated people, with theoretical and practical productive knowledge at European level, linguistic and intercultural skills that will encourage adaptability in an international environment, professional innovation, higher rates of initiative and motivation, openness to other cultures and ways of working. To the center: Internationalization, exchange of experiences and collaboration with international organisations for mutual learning and exchange of different forms to work , new approach for theoretical - practical training plans, considering the requirements of the European labor market.
