1. Undergraduate and graduate curricula in the priority fields are modularized in line with the Bologna Process and courses measured with ECTS (via mobility of post-doctorate students and staff, and check-ups will be done through site-visits of academic staff in spring 2010). 2. 313 mobility flows on all 5 levels are executed and evaluated, also in the long term: impact and reform in the home institution for post-doc and staff, employability for Ba-Ma-PhD. All study periods undertaken abroad are fully recognized and are an integral part of the study programme. In this way there is capacity-building and development of skills. Partners will work towards a long-term structural cooperation (sustainability via bilateral agreements, LLP, Tempus, Erasmus Mundus).3. Staff exchange will have the aim to initialise and strengthen contacts, to develop curricula and new teaching methods, to give guest lectures, to improve quality assurance mechanisms and to discuss further cooperation. Staff with high interest in research and post-doctorate students will be involved in the development of doctoral schools and technology transfer offices. Trainings for administrative staff of international offices and/or university services in the context of internationalisation and university – enterprise cooperation will be foreseen to exchange good practices. 4. Mobility for target group 2 will lead to an improved university – enterprise cooperation, using e.g. the extensive network of SPARK.5. Two consortium meetings are planned (September 2009 and February 2010) in order to guarantee an efficient management and monitoring system and to plan activities and finances. 6. Site visits by EU academics will take place in the period February – May 2010, to ensure academic quality. Their visit will be combined with workshops or seminars and meetings with management of the universities.7. The project results and experiences will be disseminated through various communication channels(website, flyers, posters to be distributed during events organised by partners and associates, publications in journals and magazines, info sessions) to all (non)academic stakeholders involved: universities, embassies, ministries, NGO’s, enterprises, social organisations. 8. Five additional staff members will be paid by the associate partner KBF who will serve as aninfopoint and helpdesk for students interested in studying abroad. They will be contact persons for Basileus and included in the project, but will also give information about other opportunities. TheKBF will also finance additional material, information days, a student ambassador programme andon online tool to give an overview of all scholarships for students from the Western Balkans. A website consultant will advise universities on how to improve their websites.
