**The project**This 2nd edition of the projet "Europe acts, act in Europe" strengthens the approach la Ligue de l'enseignement has launched in May 2014 in favor of youths in order to build a more solidary Europe of tomorrow.This new edition enables the continuity of the exchanges between European youths and the policy-makers around a strong theme : fighting against stereotypes and the equal access to rights for all. The main objectives of this project are to : - create a dialogue around a strong theme between European youths and policy-makers in order to build a more solidary Europe of tomorrow;- reinforce the capacity of youngsters to act in order to build a society which resembles them, with a particular focus on isolated or more vulnerable groups;- talk about Europe by questioning the common values and what makes sense in the daily life and more particularly when it comes to equality and solidarity values, in order to educate to fight against stereotypes and prejudices;This project is based on a co construction between la Ligue de l'enseignement 44 and its network, the European and local associations, local policy-makers and a group of 4 volunteers in civic service. It will take place as follows : 1/ Raising awairness, collecting the sayings of youths and theirs proposals on fight against stereotypes, on equal access to rights and more largely on European citizenship.2/Building a panel of discussions between European youths and policy-makers, in order to make them listen and exchange on youths' proposals, from thursday 21st March to Friday 24th March.3/ Enabling to share and support the sayings and proposals of the youths to a general public, to people working in the youth field and to policy-markers. All these different steps of the project are built on participative learning methods to encourage the participation of all. **Number and profile of the participants**We are watchful over the diversity of the profils in terms of age, gender, social background, personnal situation... :- the group of volunteers : the dissemination of the civic service mission announcement will be made largely and in direction of mixed public (Ecole de la 2ème Chance, Mission Locale...) - the participants to the raising awairness workshops and collections of sayings : will be appealed to youngsters of associations of the network, European Service Volunteers, high school students, youngsters taking part in the Annual Conference of VolontEurope, general public.... - the participants of the structured dialogue seminar : will be participating European and local policy-makers, volunteers in civic service, youngsters of the network, high school students, associative elected representatives, associative volunteers, European youngsters, people working in the youth field... Between 300 and 500 people will participate to the project. **Impacts and results**Beyond the global objectives of the project presented above, this project is going to enable la Ligue de l'enseignement 44 and the European associations taking part in the project to : - continue the collections of sayings and proposals of youths- use and make evoluate the tools put in place for the raising awarness workshops by the volunteers of the 1st edition- reinforce the common culture and the partnership dynamic impulsed in 2015- pursue the collaboration with the local partners in order to reinforce common culture and collective actions. For the local policy-makers, this will enable them to : - to be interpellated by youngsters, discuss on equal footing with them and listen to their proposals on the theme;- to listen, exchange and share in their political institutions the youngsters' proposals to improve equal access to rights;For the youngsters, this project is going to enable them to : - raise their awarness and be part of the construction of a more solidary Europe of tomorrow- meet local and European youngsters in order to overtake the stereotypes - question the policy-makers and share with them their proposals on the theme defined.At the end of the seminar, proceedings will be produced and translated at least in english in order to disseminate as largely as possible the exchanges that have taken place and the proposals that have been discussed, in France and in Europe (participants, local and European policy-makers, workers in the youth field, Erasmus + Agency, European network of VoluntEurope, CNAJEP...)A collection of sayings of youngsters gathered during the raising awarness workshops and the differents exchanges of youngsters will be published in order to disseminate the sayings of youths.The group of volunteers will present during City Councils and Departmental Councils of the local communities taking part in the project, the assessment of this second edition of the project "Europe acts, act in Europe".
