This project is based on the innate aptitudes of the very young child to easily learn languages in order to set up a methodology of English language learning for the pupils of the nursery classes and to ensure continuity to the pupils of the elementary classes of Gravelle school group, and thus to create a synergy of learning on all the primary education course thanks to an evolutive methodology.That would impel the school group to an innovating image to the pupils as well as their parents who are very favorable to this early learning.This project of linguistic learning articulate itself with the school project 2013/2017 which is defined around 3 major axes (course cultural-entry of the school in the era of digital-developing the co-operation with the parents).Thus the pupils will acquire new cultural references, be able to correspond with equivalent age groups on Internet platform etwinning. The parents of foreign origin pupils will see their children better French language learning too. Indeed, the simultaneity of the two linguistic learnings reinforces competences in the two languages.Among the factors which influence the results, one will note those which refer to the Masters: a clear link can be established between the qualification level of the professor in the language( especially in pronunciation and elocution) and the competences acquired by its pupils.So Teacher’s training by the means of mobility will allow an increase in their language qualification level.Number and profile of the participants : teaching teams of the Gravelle school group, training their pupils from 3 to 10 years (500 pupils approximately).Description of the activities: To solicit the pupils in a visual and kinesthetic auditive way (songs, games, visual traces)Methodology used :To organize the training by small groups of pupils.To evaluate the pupils regularly in a positive way.Thanks to the meetings and exchanges within the school, the motivation of participating teachers will be able to extend the whole educative team and other near educational establishments.
