The family assistant is a qualified and competent person, called to intervene in families, in institutions with the elderly, he sick person or the handicapped person ( the out of order ) to make the work of the everyday life.This job by the home help sees his demand supported in particular by the ageing of the population.Some left the country have difficulty recruiting.This project will organize 3 weeks (for other schools) in April 2017 and April 2018, for 58 students in grade 6 of vocational education, “Care services” sector and more specifically "Homecare". Five schools in the Federation Wallonia-Brussels are involved in this project. The host partners have a real expertise in European mobility. The objective of this mobility is to acquire sufficient professional skills and, most importantly, key skills to find a job.The aim is also to acquire a capacity of adaption to novelty and actual working conditions in a different human, geographical and cultural context. The interest of the project also lies in developing the spirit of solidarity and openness to other people. Links created allows the construction of European citizenship. This project is framed by the CCG and offers all the guarantees for it to be conducted effectively.
