"Qualifications of the EUropean Way " - strengthening the competencies of key members of the Association of chances through education in the EU-training institutions is a project that has been developed on the base of the European Development Plan of the organization. This plan includes the applicable European priorities, in order to raise the level of quality of work and the expansion of international cooperation. Identified needs of the institutions in the perspective of its development, following the SWOT analysis showed that it is appropriate to strengthen the key competencies of its key members. For this purpose, collaboration has been mutually agreed and participation ranges of the members of Association in organized courses and training in educational institutions in Austria, Malta and Germany. The members to participate in the project are: - 1 member (German teacher) in training of communication skills ECO-C (Akademie Riegersburg, Fuerstenfeld, Austria) - 5 members to participate in the English language course in Malta (EASY School of Languages, Valletta, Malta) (economist, German teacher, physiotherapist, engineer, specialist in European studies, international business and project management - 7 members in training in the field of digital competences and Open Educational Resources OER: e-learning, blended learning, Moodle (Alfatraining Bildungszentrum .k., Karlsruhe, Germany), economist, germanistka, physiotherapist, English teacher, engineer, specialist in European studies, international business and project management . It is assumed that by the mentioned mobilities to the EU countries the following results will be achieved: -Improvement of the social and communicative competences -Improvement of the language skills : improvement of English through participation in a 2-weeks course in English and extension of professional vocabulary in the field of modern learning tools (IT training course will be conducted in English and German simultaneously) - Modernization of work in the field of non-formal adult education through the use of modern tools of learning and teaching Participation in the above mentioned trainings and staying in a multicultural environment will give a wider European dimension and openness to the other cultures to Association. The knowledge acquired and the new or improved skills will be transferred to the other members of the Association and other recipients of the services offered by organization. The key members of the Association assume that the planned activities disseminating the results of the project entitled "Qualification of European" will have a positive impact on other non-profit organizations and the local community. The project will also provide long-term benefits thanks to the improvement of key competencies of the involved members, the new knowledge aquired and the plans to continue the project activities on a larger scale in the new projects, including the Strategic Partnership Erasmus +Programme.
