Before participating in the project “Erasmus+“ we participated in “Comenius projects“ and “EU – money to schools“ that have been used for improving the language skills of our teachers and students. Therefore, we decided for this project and we submitted an application in the first wave. For the years 2014–2016 we scheduled teachers trips for language and methodology courses in professional development so called Mobility. We assumed the interest of our teachers who taught foreign languages - English, German, French. The requirement for participate was the knowledge of the foreign language on the level at least B1 and an agreement with the sending organization about subsequent period of employment for 1 year. Evidence of compliance with the content of the course has become a participant certificate of completion and timely submission of a duly completed travel order together with the documents after the exit. Furthermore, participants handed in a written assessment about completed mobility. The main objective of the project was to improve the language skills of our teachers who teach foreign language at school, either at primary school (children 6–10 years) or at the secondary school (students 11–15 years) and the acquisition of innovative methods for teaching new contacts abroad for further cooperation between teachers, schools. It was originally planned for 10 teacher mobility. Finally managed to save money for the other two, so there were a total of 12. Two participants completed mobility in France, one mobility was in Austria, three in Germany and the rest six in English-speaking countries - England, Ireland and Scotland. Three participants went on a mobility twice. All their courses met, no one had more serious problems. Some courses were language courses and for the teachers of secondary school the courses were methodology. Everyone brought the required certificates of completion and their findings have mostly included in the lessons. Even in such a short period of one year, we can see the first results, interest in German increased. In the next school year we will have more school groups in German, because this compulsory elective subject there were registred more students than were common previously.
