During the project "Creativity in teaching and learning", 10 gymnasium teachers will travel to a seminar in Portugal in order to improve their cultural, linguistic and professional competences. The participants for the seminar will be selected by colleague teachers; the aim is to send young and/or inexperienced specialists who are ready to gain new knowledge and to spread it afterwards, also teachers who want to improve their English language skills or to gain more confidence in using this foreign language.The main goal of the project is to improve the quality of teaching process using creativity as well as innovative methods. The participants will be taught using non-standard methods: gamification, thinking out the box, visual thinking, pedagogy and theatre, teaching to be a creative person, laugh therapy, outdoor training, learning by real learning, theatre and ICT integration on classroom , digital classroom.We expect that participants' acquired competences will have a positive effect and long-term benefits for the school's main field of work - lessons and students, who are our main clients.Also, a new program for similar training in Lithuania will be organized so that our teachers could spread their knowledge in Vilnius city limits and beyond.
