The project "Kitchen regions of Europe - the training of modern techniques of working in the hospitality industry a chance for development in the region" is a response to a very great interest in the youth of the School of Agricultural Training Centre in the Old Lubiejewo - of Nutrition and Technical Services Catering and iin the youth of the School of Agricultural Training Centre in the Dabrowa Tarnowska. future graduates because of the bad situation in enhancing their professional skills abroad and on the need for the students appropriate , necessary in today's world of competence and skills that will enable them to start their adult life. The aim of the project is to support students in developing skills and increasing the professional skills of students training to be feeding technique and organization of services, language learning industry, knowledge of methods and organization of work, technical equipment and its operation as well as new trends in gastronomy. It is also used to solve occurring in this region the problems of unemployment, social exclusion and environmental protection. Comprehensive solving problems of the region, in particular, employment growth, results that it becomes necessary to search for new solutions and opportunities to improve and develop the professional skills of young people. The project will target students in grades II and III. They will be implemented 14-day internship in the framework of mandatory apprenticeship. Internships will be organized at Partners in Portugal and Spain. The project is planned trips to two groups of students: Portugal - early spring 2016 -16 students and one tutor, and SPain - in the late spring of 2016 years - 15 students and one tutor. Participants in the project, in most cases come from rural families engaged in agriculture. The majority are families affected by helplessness and pathology. In combination with high unemployment occurring in the region, students and graduates are more at risk of social exclusion. Youth often carries negative patterns presented in the house, shows the attitude of entitlement, not a task. Participation in the project will shape among students and graduates open to the world and gain new experiences attitude. Design internship has been prepared on the basis of experience gained from the implementation of mobility projects and in cooperation with employers in the region who are waiting for independent, creative and mobile worker on the labor market , in the future, ready to make decisions about employment and self-employment. Internship program and its terms are set so as to constitute the basis for skills during external vocational exam the qualification for a particular profession. The project will allow to obtain the following results: 1 Getting the participants new skills and acquire work experience in a new environment with a friendly and independent specialist technical equipment and conditions other than those that were known to them at school or practices in the country. Knowledge of specialized national and regional cuisine, and ICT, which will be confirmed by the Europass - Mobility and certificates issued by the Host Organization. 2 Expand and improve language skills especially in the trade language (English ) is necessary to understand the instructions given by the direct caregivers on probation. Increasing communication in the language of everyday, as well as learning the basic phrases in the language of Partner (Portugal and SPain), which will contribute to overcoming the language barrier . 3 Learn how to manage and operate their own business. Verifying the psychophysical features needed for work, or management of the company and relating them to their own. 4.Wyrobienie appropriate attitudes necessary to perform work in accordance with European standards requiring mobility not only in terms of communication, but on demonstrating its own initiative on the job (for example, during food preparation, laying the tables, use the bar, etc.) organizing free time, use of local transport and cash management. 5 Understanding the partner country's culture, a sense of European identity, openness, tolerance, respect for different minority by learning about the history and culture and living conditions in the country. 6 Participation in the program is an international self-improvement of their skills and employability in a tough job market in the country and abroad through networking with employers in the country partner. 7 Improving the quality of education and attractiveness of vocational education and market position of school education . 8 Increased motivation to learn and promote proper attitudes in students.
