"Vocational teaching! - innovation and entrepreneurship in vocational training" - it is a project which was realised in ZSP Nr 1 in Brzesko in terms of vocational practice, realised thanks to PO WER funding within the programme Erasmus + in sector of vocational training. The project consisted of two types of tasks: teachers' training / job shadowing and professional practice for students in foreign businesses. Two target groups participated in the project: - 16 students of two different professions such as logistics and information technology - 14 teachers of vocational subjects Within the project, which lasted from 11.04 to 09.05. 2015, vocational apprenticeship was organised for 3rd grade students. 16 students participated in this 28-day vocational training - 8 students of logistics and 8 students of IT. They gained experience in companies of their interest. Apprenticeship took place in Walencia, Spain. The main aim of the project was to provide the students with vocational training described in syllabus, master vocational foreign language skills and acquire new skills and competences. The training enabled the students to broaden thier knowledge and master their skills in using foreign sources of information and it made them easily understand the nature of their future profession. They improved their cooperation skills in a group and they practised communication skills with the workmates. Foreign training enabled students to learn and understand the rules of how different enterprices function, thier laws and procedures used in the EU countries in professions such as logistics specialist and IT specialist. The travel to Spain and the training in foreign companies enriched students' vocational language skills and broadened their knowledge of techical basis used in the companies in the EU. Young people could learn about new technology, meet new people, learn about their culture and visit new places. During the training the students were able to make contacts with potential employers, workmates and people of their own age. Participating in the project developed students' personality, improved thier competencies and entreprenuership skills. The project also met thier expectations in terms of culture and foreign language. Participants of vocational training got to know the culture and everyday life of visited regions. The important asset of this practice was the ability of gaining Europass Mobility certificate and the certificates which confirm students’ participation in mobility and English and Spanish language classes. These documents were issued in every participant’s, who received a credit for the practice, name. Europass Mobility and the certificates, which were handed over to students, made added value in the process of participants’vocational education training. Another activity within the project was job shadowing.
