The maladjustment of professional qualifications to the requirements of labour market is one of the main causes of unemployment in many European countries. Along with technological progress decreases the demand for unskilled workers, but the wanted are professionals. It is necessary to prepare reliable staff not only of schools but also of training institutions and job centreis to provide support in the field of education and vocational guidance. Very often it happens, that people in difficult social situation it is not enough to train to solve their problems. These people do not believe in their own ability and not able to function independently in the labour market. After the end of the training are going back to the old way of life. Such a people should learn how to live in society and take responsibility for joint ventures. People at serious risk of social exclusion can get these new skills in social cooperatives. Work in cooperative educates new vocationals skills and new attitudes in the form of extracurricular. In the project will particitape 20 people - 14 people from Job Centre from M?awa and 6 people from Pro Europa Fundation. The main objective of the project is raising professional qulifications and personal skills of employees of the two institutions. Workers will watch the job of social cooperative, the job centre in Palermo and institutions dealing with the training of the unemployed people to determine how to improve the traditional training and vocational guidance in Poland, that to produce better results for people at risk of social exclusion. The participants of the project also will develop their knowledge of the social economy and will learn how they can use its rules in work with people at risk of social exclusion. The most important form of action will be job shadowing, through which participants will learn the practical aspects of the functioning of the visited institutions. The knowledge supplement, the develop of experience and raising the personal competences will help project participants better perform their work, improve the image of the job centre and fundation and contribute to a more efficient involvement of client of two organizations.
