The main objective of the project "Creating the image of the company on the Internet" is the acquisition of new skills by students of digital printing processes, advertising and photography. Image of the company is one of the strongest competitive advantages, which allows the company to be noticed, gain sympathy and engrave in the client’s memory. Acquiring this skill will allow students to cover the creation of image comprehensively in practice, which only individual elements students are taught at school according to the core curriculum for the profession. In the first stage, students will examine the current image of the company on the Internet (website, texts, opinions about the company), and then specify the target group and will define the objectives of creating the perfect image for a specific company in accordance with its mission. Students will plan and select tools for implementation in creating the image. A significant element will be the creation of a new logo, text, photos, graphics on the website, forum, and its positioning. The project will last for two years, the two groups of students, 16 students each, will take part in one month practical training in Italy and Spain. Participation in the program will have a significant impact primarily on the increase of the level of education, improvement of the quality and the relevance of vocational education. Mobility and international cooperation, a combination of vocational education with the labor market not only in Poland, but also abroad will provide school with greater regional development. Improving the mobility of students will increase their participation in international projects, the school provides detailed information on its educational offer, informing that the international exchanges are available as well as new opportunities to acquire new skills, addressing the needs of the labor market. Supporting mobility of pupils and staff, the use of their practical experience gained during the implementation of the project in the classroom, the exchange of experiences between students, the development of an active cooperation between the school and its international partners. Mobility of students and teacher (as caregivers) will influence their professional, social, intercultural skills and improve the employability of students. It will result in establishing international cooperation between schools and work places. The final results of the project will be acquiring new skills, praising permanent learning, updating professional knowledge and improving the language knowledge, better coping with stressful and difficult situations, cooperating in a team in the work environment, increasing responsibility for the actions. The methods that will be used during the project: - Observation- during which the necessary data will be collected to analyze the project participants (e.g. age, profile, class) - Individual in-depth interviews with project participants about the practice, accommodation, program. - Data Analysis: training agreement signed by the participants, signing the attendance list for each day of training by the participants, the questionnaires filled in by the coaches, the final report completed by each participant after the training, evaluation questionnaires completed by the participants after the training about the trainer’s knowledge, contact with the group, place of training, the transmission of knowledge by the trainer. - Tests and exercises which measure the level of the knowledge of the participants acquired during training. - Comments, interviews with project participants, with trainers, consultants, experts, indicating the final achievements of the participants in the project. - Reports indicating the effects that project participants obtained. - Monitoring of current activities. - Monitoring the level of satisfaction of the project participants and the quality of support provided.
