The main goal of this project is to improve the teaching and educational process of our school. For several years we have been working on the development of the educational offer that would be appropriate for our students and the local community at the same time. Our action is based on the correlation between taught subjects, providing the students with the basic skills and meeting the needs of young learners. We attempt to achieve comprehensive and harmonious growth of the knowledge and skills of our students. We regard teamwork and development of entrepreneurial attitudes as the best way to increase efficiency of our work. The goal can be achieved through various activities, such as lessons, extra classes, school trips, projects, innovations and competitions. In the era of the dynamic changes in the world and globalization we want to teach our staff and students to perceive the changes, understand the world, solve the problems and create new ideas. On the other side they should be able to take care of themselves, realize the importance of being an individual in a team. We recognize the need of developing our skills in organizing the learning process of our students. The teamwork, as far as staff and students are concerned, will help us to reduce the amount of work and time necessary to achieve the goals.We are open for organizational and methodological changes. We hope that the mobility of our staff such as learning English, studying new methods and technics of teaching will let us notice the various aspects of teamwork. The mobility will let us use the European standards in Polish primary school. Eliminating language barriers will let our staff take advantage of the European cultural and methodological resources. It will give us the possibility of direct communication with people from other countries and exchanging ideas.The main goal of the project is formation of entrepreneurial attitudes among students. Young generation must be equipped with the essential skills of cooperating and teamwork. The ability of working within a group of people will broaden the perspective of our community.The teachers involved in the mobility are supposed to be links between our school and the foreign institutions with similar goals but functioning in different cultural environment. It will help them to prepare and perform necessary changes on the basis of Polish school.The group of teachers and students involved in the project will work better, more interesting and more creative, they will influence other school staff, 6-12 year-old students, their parents and the local community. All the project activities will be monitored and evaluated. The results are supposed to consolidate all the positive actions and provoke the changes in the area requiring modification or improving. Good practices will be spread among our local community. We will acquire partners for the further strategic partnership. We expect that the project will allow us to develop language communicative skills, entrepreneurial attitudes and teamwork. Our actions will be perceived as a role model.
