Developing the operatinal culture and learning environments in our school The main idea of this project is to develop operational culture in our school. In this work we concentrate especially in developing new kinds of learning environments, strenghtening our sense of community and promote entrepreneurship education in our school. Developing and renewall demands allways new ideas and new kind of thinking, a new approach to target we are trying to change. This new approach we try to find from the Scandinavian seminars and courses. We start our reform by creating the substructure in spring 2014. The strategy of The City of Oulu gives us the main lines for our work. We belive that diverse use of learning environments, strong sense of community and correctly perceived entrepreneurship education will be the key factors of operational culture in future schools in finland.
