Integration training is a major investment from society which means that ensuring its quality is essential. With increasing migration and number of students, quality of integration training is more important than ever. As training providers we take the task seriously and do our part in every way to ensure that society´s investment has impact.Kotoverkon laatuhaavi -project's overall objective is to expand education providers perspective in the field of integration training for adult migrants and to promote the quality of integration training for adult migrants.Consortium consists of 15 integration training providers from Finland. Each partner engages to the mobility project one key person.Objectives of Kotoverkon laatuhaavi -project are:Ensuring and developing the quality of integration trainingComparison of the best practices implemented in Europe and based on that the development of own provisionExploring new methods of language teaching and guidance Learning the implementation possibilities of nonformal and informal learning and teachingExpanding professional language teaching.As a result the mobility project participants:* have improved knowledge and skills in order to ensure the quality of education* have new, innovative ideas for the development of integration training* have updated information on language teaching methods* have updated information on non-formal language teaching methods* have expanded networks* have better skills in professional English languageProjects long term aim is to promote assurance of quality and effectiveness of integration training on organizational, regional, national and European level.
