Five partner institutions work in the project with four countries to organize training courses for 51 participants. The project offers needs-based, target group-specific trainings for staff in vocational training and trainees.The demand for transfer of knowledge with foreign colleagues is given from the rapid changes in economic, market, climate and demography, both in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania as well as in the target regions to be visited in the project. Dealing with the impact and results of change require special professional, methodological and social skills especially from the educational staff that will be promoted in particular in the project. They act as catalysts in working with students and in the development of VET systems, companies, institutions.Learning activities are planned for VET trainers in food industry (catering, bakery crafts) and forestry in 3 flows in a group of 8-12 people for each 4-5 days to Hungary, Spain and Romania.The trainers and those responsible for the training of forestry in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern learn in Romania in a forestry school in Csikszereda and in Spain at Agora Cultural in Valencia. They gain expertise on the interactions between climate change, water ecology and forest management and their contents in the forestry education. In Romania also questions of intercourse be considered with minorities and obtains appropriate methodological skills.The Hungarian partners, the Toldi Vocational School in Nagykörös and Investella Team Kft., organize the training for trainers of the food area (restaurants, bakery). They acquire specific technical and methodological skills for the preparation and introduction of new products and the work with minorities in vocational training.In the project 23 students learn in 3 flows in each 16-day stay in Hungary and Romania. The gastronomy students engaged in their learning stay with the theme of wine in Szekszard. The bakers and confectioners students learn in Nagykörös in the partner school. They will mainly develop their personality and generally gain specialized knowledge in specialist bakery and confectionery, which they couldn´t get at their home institution. Forestry students will work in different forests in Carpathian Mountains.The third activity is a 12-day stay teaching at school in Nagykörös to perform project work on various subjects with socially disadvantaged students of bakers, confectioners, gardeners.Before the project application we prepared a comprehensive partnership agreement by ECVET to determine the learning objectives for each target group among all partners. It is the basis for learning agreements concluded with each individual before training abroad. Participants will receive the Europass mobility for recognition of their performance. Training in partner institution abroad will be recognized part of their vocational training in home institution.The German, Hungarian and Spanish partners know each other from previous joint projects. The network for the internationalization of education in the forestry sector and in the food industry will be deepened. All participants are actively working on the design of networks and promote this. With a strong middle class and a sustainable education, the sparsely populated regions can better maintain. A catalog of good practice examples of the methods in the training of minorities in vocational education and technical and methodological training issues in the interaction of climate change impacts, water management and forestry, as well as the introduction of innovative products in bakeries and confectioners is developed to introduce the results into daily training practice and to present this at institutional, regional and sectoral level. Thus, the cooperation of all the partners in these areas leads to new projects in different areas.The result is a European added value. Cooperation between the forestry VET staff, international knowledge transfer on topics of forest management, the water and climate change, the protection of wetlands in different regions, in natural habitats in Romania and Spain also makes a small contribution to the UN Decade for the conservation of natural biodiversity 2011-2020. The social awareness of the value of biodiversity and the responsibility for the protection and sustainable use of its components will be promoted.
