In the upcoming time our institute will focus on conceptional changes and improvement in the area of foreign language teaching and the implementation of ICT. Gathering new insights and new methods shall strengthen the international perspective of our school in the field of foreign languages. Besides, it is aimed to implement bilingual courses. The participants of the project wil be taught in different courses in countries of the target languages. Methodical and didactical aspects will be imparted in the courses.Additionally, new methods concerning the use of digital media in various areas of school life shall facilitate and modernise daily aspects at school and in class. In specific courses and while job-shadowing and structured visits in Sweden and Finland participants gain knowledge in respect of an efficient application of digital media at school.The participants of the project serve as multipliers within the teacher's body. They can apply for certain activities and will finally be nominated by the head master. All in all, up to 18 teachers can be given the chance to participate in the project.In the field of foreign language teaching the participants shall improve their language ability and gain new insights in respect of current tendencies in the target language. Knowledge shall be revitalised and the overall level of foreign language teaching shall be improved. The gain of knowledge concerning ICT ought to support the school's way towards a modern institute according to European standards.
