The "Zentrum für Förderpädagogik", caused by actual challenge about barrierless learning and about the participation every people with a reduction of the value of social as well as one's progress at school life, in a time of great development. Models, like being practise in Scandinavia for years, can with cultural adjustment be used as an imitation. How this process is arranged in our German-speaking community, depends of daily work in our development schools. In future, they only will cooperate with partner-standard schools. To motivate the teachers of both school systems and the integration, or rather to win the inclusion, the class development has been proved as a very real challenge. The school projects of each establishment stay different and keep their own peculiarity; the degree of integration or rather of inclusion evolve differently. The respective population of teachers will, ran out the need of the pupils, decide with the parents about the size and development potential from the integration. Considering the outcome of previous seminars, it has turned out that the variety of personal and professional abilities within an age spanning audience will be most beneficial. There is already a team of 5 teachers found in one particular branch who takes care of the present school development. It might be worth thinking about building more teams within other branches to gain further progress based on the Scandinavian model. The mentioned process itself could lead to more teacher satisfaction, multi-disciplinary und cooperative professional work.
