Kompetentny europejski nauczyciel wsparciem w efektywnej mobilności zawodowej młodzieży

TERMINÉ
The project „A Competent European Teacher as a support for effective proffesional mobility of the youth” consists of 4 courses within 2 years. The project is divided into 2 series, including 2 courses each: spring and autumn. Each course involves 5 participants. The project aims at developing hard skills, such as: improving quality of school work, propeuropean school developing, innovative curriculum with emphasis on new technology, methodology of teaching students with special needs, ways of motivating students with educational problems, education systems and professional opportunities in UE for students at a very high risk of becoming unemployed. In addition to hard skills, the project aims at developing such soft skills as: undestanding of diversity including social, language and culture diversity, enhancing the sensitivity for it, tolerance, empathy towards students with specific learning problems, openess on activities connected with proffessional and educational mobility, as well as self-confidence, ability to deal with problems in foreign environment and communication skills in foreign language. The participants of the projects are counselors, EFL teachers, teachers of general subjects, vocational teachers, librarians, additional teachers for students with hearing and sight problems. In order to execute the project we have established cooperaton with the Italian organization Submeet. The courses will be organized in San Salvo and Rome. In Rome the training is going to be provided by The Institute L. Vaccari, an experienced organization, which teaches methodology of working with people with special needs and specific disfunctions. The institute provides therapy, rehabilitation, education and wide support for them. The participants will be provided with Europass Mobility Certificates. An important element of the project will be a cultural and language program before starting the courses. At each stage a comprehensive evaluation will be conducted, and during the project and after its completion dissemination activities will be provided.
