The GAF mbH supported as an educational institution / provider of vocational education since its inception in 1995 (commercial and technical / commercial) and continuing the construction and development of regional small and medium industry with the training and deployment of highly trained professionals. The successfully constructed by the GAF occupations correspond to the requirements and needs of the evolving industry in Europe in terms of technological development. To participating in this project, industrial and technical occupations (professions): mechatronics / in; Industrial Mechanic / -in; Production mechanic / -in; Machinist / -in; Gießereimechaniker / -in; Electronics / -in .. high demands on the methodology, training organization, testing, certification and European cooperation with regional small and medium enterprises were asked in the context of training after the reorganization of training content and exams. Our project is an important opportunity to meet the above requirements by means of exchange - joint training with the Swedish partner Kavelbrogymnasiet with German and Swedish students - to be effective, successful and sustainable basis. During the 2 flows (September 2015 and September 2016) training content should be taught / performed that are not provided during training in Germany. The participants of our project to acquire foreign skills to work independently and organization in professional and social (cultural) life, improve their language use in English, gain knowledge of the Swedish language for use in daily life and learn during the exchange specialty and expertise. You get knowledge of European technology and specialized knowledge / skills that are not included in the German training plan and can apply during their further training and professional development.
