Every member of the staff understands that we are supposed to change our ways of thinking and re-evaluate our values. To fulfill our vision we work in teams. Every team has an important role to play to fulfill the future vision. The participants of the project work in different teams and have been prepared by the team with questions and tasks that challenge them to find all the possible information to develop the goals of the team.
