In our school we have a great tradition of organizing professional practices for our students.We have already accomplished several successful Leonardo and 2 Erasmus + programmes. Since 2010 our students could take part in mobility projects every school year which proves we must continue the application work on behalf of our students. Our host partners are the same, since in both destination countries very good working relation has been developed with partners. The organization abroad forms the programmes of professional practices satisfying our requirements, it provides a high standard of practical places for our students usually with small companies, service sectors. The global changes in environment, the decreasing of energy sources and the fulfilment of the requirements of preserving development mean great challenges to whole Europe for them the replies could be the more preserving production and business modells. Joining to this main priority our school has chosen the theme.„Eco-design for sustainability”. Travel to Portugal and Germany would happen at the same time between 6 th March 2017-2 nd April 2017. Participating students: 10 catering, 2 hairdresser, 6 information technology, 6 procuration, 2 timber industry 2 commerce students.Since the contest’s theme is common for everyone the organization of traineeships at the same time in several ways has more advantages. The projectmanagement tasks can be carried out on a timeline, the preparations may take part together. The tasks of the professional practice connecting to sustainability can be analyzed jointly.The school makes a detailed project management plan, separately working plan, dissemination plan, coaching schedule, draws up a classification pages, in order to ensure high-quality work.During their practice abroad during the performance of their professional tasks the students and their teacher guides of the program observe- who the suppliers are- how much they pay attention to packaging waste- where the users get the electric current from- how much they use natural materials- how the waste management come true- if they can see recycled or reprocessed products made from raw material- different forms of appearance of the green marketing tags, markings, standards.After arriving home they collect their experiences and new knowledge, analyse, appraise, give the other students and teachers of the school. In addition to professional development the language skills are improving, which belongs to the development areas of the European Union.The capable young people with the new knowlege and skills returning to the labour market and human resourches help improving the competitiveness the rural development, on account of the different attitude it helps to give enviromental friendly services. The regional disparities reduce, equal opportunities grow, employability improves.Enterprises contiune to evolve, that’s why the economy gets boost. The individual skills become more successful, the social situation of families, the quality of life is improved, the people living there become more satisfied. The popularity of the insitution is growing. The mobity options are among the students who are choosing professions. Motivating factors for the students and their parents. Besides the school builds in its curriculum the most important questions connected with sustainability.
