The project?kNOWledge for PHIN-development of competences of Phin Consulting staff in the field of European Union international programmes?was realized by the company PHIN Consulting Sp.z o.o. The main objective of the project was to increase the competences of Phin Consulting staff in the field of international projects and acquisition of skills of development and effective realization of educational and research projects. The objective of the project was achieved through 27 educational mobilities of Phin Consulting staff in the form of the following 2-days-long trainings held in Brussels: - European Projects Accelerator:Developing a Successful Proposal,Designing the Projects Proposal?Budget - European Projects Accelerator:Designing the Projects Proposal - European Projects Accelerator:Designing the Projects Proposal?NetworkingSession;Project Evaluation and Quality Assurance of EU Funded Projects - ERASMUS+ Programme:Learn how to be successful in obtaining founds for education,training,youth and sport - Horizon 2020:How to get funding for your Research and Innovation projects Participants of the project took part in the course of English language. It provided them with linguistic support -the knowledge of business English was levelled out by familiarization with the terminology used in the documentation of European Union programmes used in the process of development and realization of international projects. The project?kNOWledge for PHIN?was conducted in co-operation with Academy for Education and Social Research, but the project was not a partner project. The project was realized in response to the company?s needs. The research established that in order to remain competitive on the market of educational servicesbetween the years 2014and2020, it is inevitable to equip the company?s staff with the knowledge about European Union international programmes and skills of application for the funds and management of the projects.Participants of the project were Phin Consulting staff consisting of coaches,Project Management Department representatives responsible for development of projects? documentation and creation of new educational proposals/products. The main objective of the project was to enhance competences of Phin Consulting staff participating in the training courses held in Brussels, realized within the frameworks of?kNOWledge for PHIN?project.The aim was achieved through acquisition of knowledge and skills in the field of development and effective realization of educational and research projects with international impact. The additional results of the projects are: - obtainment of certificates confirming attendance to the course-confirmation of 27 mobilities; - obtainment of Technologies for the Development of European Projects diploma and a membership in European Projects Association by 3employees of PHIN Consulting; - access to My Europa platform; The project directly influenced its participants and the company. Phin Consulting staff gained the following benefits:*professional development through acquisition of new knowledge;*creation of the interdisciplinary project team responsible for preparation and realization of international projects.The team will also disseminate the results of the project by leading training courses about international projects. Having gained projects-related skills, the participants of the project?kNOWledge for PHIN?will have an opportunity to work in an international environment. Realization of the project positively influenced the development of PHIN Consulting. Concequently Phin Consulting:*extended the professional offer regarding training courses about international projects(during realization of the project there were organized a few informative meetings about the programme Horizon 2020 led by the project participants);*established business relations with the people,who for past few years have been experienced in working with international projects;*built a team responsible for international projects development and management.Moreover,the company has noted an increase in the customers? interest in its service on local and regional level,which influenced the project?kNOWledge for PHIN?.PHIN has become known as a specialist in the field of educational projects with international scope of activity.In the consequence of the project?s realization members of PHIN Consulting staff have increased their competences in the field of application for grants dedicated to international projects,which will enable participation in educational projects of international scope.Above benefits influence increase of the company?s prestige on the regional market of training courses and extension of the company?s scope of activity. The results of the project are consistent with the long term strategy of PHIN Consulting development.
