The territorial and linguistic border all too often presents an economic obstacle, causing the potential interms of innovation, market expansion and supply and demand alignment to remain untapped.The project aims to increase the competitiveness of Flanders and northern France and to bring the regionscloser together. To this end, the partners encourage the exchange of skills, knowledge and contactsbetween educational institutions (universities, high schools) and companies.
