The field of Education Which became an international aspect with the globalization process has become an area of importance and priority in EU. Contemporary image of the EU in the contemporary world and the advanced position, education stems from the use as a trigger in the development process. Maintaining the diversity of the EU member countries, including partnership member and candidate countries are trying to establish. In this respect, the EU has developed educational policies, members are pursuing a common goal of education in the country and takes into account their educational problems candidate countries. Turkey in the EU accession process, adapting to the EU's overall education policy and education programs should develop within the framework of this policy.
It aims to realize and implemented adults to take courses related to formal education model in this project our staff EU countries to provide training our system the internationalization of the observations of the educational institutions will be carried out activities of dissemination throughout the organization of achievements.
Our organization EU practices primarily in adult education in general counseling and guidance activities are planned to teach the trainers. Then aim is to teach the staff how to do the social integration of social layers that take place in the center of life-long learning perspective. Recently, adult education came to the fore the need for transformational learning methods in order to see the availability of social integration in rural areas is foreseen in the education of our trainers in this field. Finally, still in rural areas are planned to be learned by personnel aid of sectoral and regional priorities that address alternative adult education model.
Those making the project participant profile, the project owner institution Pinarbasi Public Education Center and a member of the consortium are engaged in the work of Public Education Center on adult education staff. This recognition related adult education programs prepare managers with training, teachers who personally enters adult education classes.
An additional course fee in corporate structure in order to meet the specific educational needs of adult education courses for professionals and master trainers may also be involved in the project.
Each mobility activity to each country will have 8-mobility-capacity. There will be a total of 24 mobilities. Each flow will last 9 days including 1 day orientation and 1 day for evaluation. The rest of 7 days will be spent on the course.
The expected effects and consequences on our project participants are per fixed as follows:
Our staff working in this field with limited training he received from Different disciplines have received in adult education, with professional adult education training including the size of the integration of people of society in rural areas will have made a splash in their professional development.
In Different countries, Consulting and qualification for adults: Adult Career Guidance Methods, New Educational Techniques in the Context of the Social Integration of adults, Transformational Learning Model and Application of Adult Education, taking Alternative Adult Education Model is the course for Adults Living in Rural Areas will develop professional competence and thus serve they and the audience will be able to give a more satisfactory quality adult education.
-Personal Development will observe the work discipline in Europe, teamwork, and will contribute to the implementation of concepts about life as a professional time management. So monotonous routine and ongoing professional motivation in our business life will increase each participant and work / produce something new requests will occur.
The expected effects and results of our project to the consortium member institutions are as follows:
Very preparation of multinational and multilateral training projects, implementation and reporting of both institutions will gain experience as a corporate stage.
