Cities actually is a dynamic systems it is under the pressure of continues change and transformation. Transformation of population growth, aging and performance of economic developments in the building stock of large losses as the earthquake happenned about why the presence of non-easy resolution in front of cities leads to problems. Because on the one hand the pressure of living in cities on the other hand, transform this transformation the resistance conditions housed. With this project, aimed to lern how provide all stakeholders of participation os process by examining succesfull urban transformation/renewal implementation that targets development of sustainable social environment,(strengrhening of disadvantaged groups, increasing of gender seperation of participants, strenggthening the prevention, strengthening the status of women) in the European Union For this purpose a new participation model will be developed by learning to produced a successful tranformation/renewal application made in order to ensure the paritcipation of all stakeholders; efficient and meaningful communicaton methods, how to present the options to participation of individuals and consciousness, developing sense of belonging and idendity, gaing organizational skills and responsibility to stakeholders in the process of participation . By taking up seriously methods participation, governance will be produced sustainable and hıgh prosperity living environments. After the selection according to criteria that decided before in 61 staffs who Works Our Directorate 12 real, 7 replacement participation will take place in Project . Project will be carried out by one country at a time as 14 days. 12 participant will perform their activties in Hungary between 25.01.2016-06.02.2016 The project is 12 months start date 01/06/2015, end date 01/06/2016.
