The common desire of the school, teachers and all parents is to raise self confident children. In fact, self confidence comes in the first place for a healthy development but the case is a little bit difficult for parents whose child is shy. Self confidence is a major issue that all parents deal since the beginning of their child’s birth and teachers deal with at school age. Developing, protecting and ensuring an increase of child’s self confidence comes at the first place of child raising abilities and training; because the feeling of self-confidence that developed sufficiently is a significant feeling which affects learning ability both achievement in social relationships and development faces. The students who are trained at schools are from different countries, cultures, have different physical/mental developments (whose mental and hyperactive developments come from behind and are handicapped) different learning skills, coming from families who have different economic potentials are provided training according to the only curriculum which is determined in the same class. Because of the discrepancies that we couldn’t realise, we cause loss of self-confidence of our students which continues till the end of their lives. We will have raised healthy and self-confident individuals with the information gained within the project. We will also provide the parents who take significant place to support us by informing the students parents.Students will have been led in forming healthier society by information and search, developing ,applying information to life, associating among different information etc. devoloping academic personal potential, being self-confident and at peace with himself/happy, social providing and contributing him to join in to the society in a more effecient way. Thus, we will have provided priority in forming a more cheerful and livable world.10 participants will take place among the teachers who meet the criterias of selection and works according to the determined selection criterias. As not interrupting the education and training activities at school, mobilities are will be arranged in England in with a period of 14 days. The emplacement activities will take place in England which one of the biggest European countries. The project duration is 12 months
