"Keep Active and Change Your Life" project was a youth exchange between 12th and 19th October. The principal task are unemployment in Europe and specifically in youth people. Among the countries involved (Spain, Poland, Netherlands, Italy and Austria) have studied the problems of young people to find jobs in these countries, as well as the similarities and differences within countries. We have also studied methods to facilitate the employment of young people and has worked in developing the European CV. Today, young people have a bad situation in relation to employment. Many young people leave school and have no chances to find a decent job. And that is why the transition of young people from education to the labor market becomes almost impossible. They have been activities based on the analysis of the current situation in relation to employment. They analize the problems to access a good job. Some activities about the attitude to solve the problems, getting a positive attitude and confidence in ourselves. Another keys to find the job it´s to be active, participant in non-formal education. It´s really important to analyze potential of the people, their strengths and weaknesses. For the implementation of these activities used a methodology in which there has been a peer learning, interactive and constructive discussions, presentations related to new technologies, simulation games and of course, creativity is at the base of each one of the activities. We can conclude that we have a successful outcome and on which he has worked since equal opportunities. They have sought the causes of unemployment among the youth, has discussed the differences between countries and the possibility of finding work in other countries different from ours. It has also tried making a good presentation and a good resume for success when the people are searching for employment. Also, we try to the participants have greater autonomy and self-confidence and they improve their skills when they have an opportunity to find a job.
