There are 13 students who need special education in our school, but there is neither a special class nor a support room for those students. Our aim in this project is learning and observing the new techniques and methods used by European countries for students with special educational needs and the problems they have with their peers. There will be four teachers in our school joining the project and two mobility actions. These key mobility actions will be to Finland and Portugal. Both key mobility actions will be for five days, between 09-13.05.2016 for Finland and between 19-23.09.2016 for Portugal. By learning and applying the new methods for studends in need of special education, we hope we could decrease the peer problems. By the way by adapting the students in need of special education to the society, we hope they will be more active, decrease the ratio of their early school leaving and enabling them to attend the higher education. And enabling other students’ accepting these special students and regarding them as their friends, will make these students who are in need of special education feel more comfortable, increase their communicative skills and social abilities. By the way it is expected that they will be more confident and more adaptable to the community by incresing their self confidence and communicative skills.
