Motivation:Full-time inclusive education programme is applied in both primary school and preschool classes in our school. Our administrators and teachers have not got enough and adequate information about inclusive education programme. Having only having few numbers of institutions and persons for support service, almost scarcely any number of in-service training and the incompetency of our guider teachers causes decrease in related education programme served by our school . This causes disabled students who need special needs and education not to get use of equality of opportunity in education in sufficient level. Our directors, teachers, students and parents of the students who are all involved in inclusive education programme lose their motivation, thus the quality of the education decreases.Project General Objective: To support the solutions of the problems regarding to inclusive education programme applications in Konya at micro level and in Turkey at macro level.Project Specific Objectives: Increasing the inclusive education programme applications of Hakim Ömer Onsun İlkokulu to the international standards by having qualified human resources and education materials.Project Outputs/Expected Results:1. 7 teachers and two administrators of HÖOI will be qualified in the inclusive education programme applications at international level as in Erasmus + program objectives 2. As the results of transfer and adaptation of innovative applications of the inclusive education programme one guide titled "Inclusive Education program, curriculum and education material"3. To make HÖOİ disabled students who need special needs and education to get use of equality of opportunity in education in sufficient level4. Forming sustainable international cooperation between institutions (Erasmus + objective)5. Adoption of lifelong learning principle and providing intercultural interactions Project Activities:1st Month: Forming project management organization and project team, Preparation of presentation materials such as paper poster, cloth poster, hand brochure and WEB site 2nd Month: Submissions and evaluations of applications of candidate teachers for job shadowing visit 3rd-4th Month: Pedagogical, Cultural and Language learning based preparations, Passport, visa and journey related operations 5th Month: Job shadowing visits of 7 participant teachers and 2 administrator to Italy and evaluation of the visit 6th-7th Month: Pedagogical, Cultural and Language learning based preparations, Passport, visa and journey related operations, Interim report preparation 8th Month: Job shadowing visits of 7 participant teachers and 2 administrator to Bulgaria and evaluation of the visit, 9th Month: Preparation of guidance titled "Inclusive Education program, curriculum and education material"10th Month: Seminar for teachers and also partners of students whose kids are in inclusive education class11th Month and 12th Month: Visit to 10 primary schools exist in Selcuklu counties of Konya, organization of 1 seminar to stake-holders , submitting report to Konya Provincial National Education Directorate (KPNED) and Ministry of National Education, final report preparation Project management will make use of PACP (Planning, Application, Control, and Precaution) cycle to have effective control in project evaluation phase. Check-list method will be used for evaluations at the preparation stages of activities. This check-list will include activities, activity plan and project outcomes. Project evaluation will be implemented by project management team, mobility team leader and responsible persons of host institutions. Evaluation will be implemented as daily based depending on the reports of participant teachers, evaluation of these report and observations of mobility team leader and responsible persons of host institutions. If the observations are matched with the objectives of the project It will be mean of trouble-free or smooth implemented activity. Otherwise required warnings/regulations will be implemented to provide effectiveness of the mobility activity. In long term the outcomes of the project will cause;- Our school to develop new cooperation and innovative applications in the area of Inclusive Education Programme,- Our school be a support/consultancy center (by cooperation with KPNED ) for Konya region in the area of Inclusive Education Programme by serving following service;* In-service trainings, * Consultancy for preparation of IEP, education materials, class management techniques and etc.
