Despite the fact that we have been experienced in these areas of education, we prepared a content with such titles; communication, self-understanding of individual, understanding students , enabling students to realize their abilities and suppoting their strenghts in order to solve the main important problems in our school. Our Project which is named ‘ No lost student! ‘ aims to win the students who is unsuccessful in the school, who doesnt know himself/herself , who has negative attitudes towards school and education. These problems arise from the communication obstacles between teacher and students . 6 teachers of our school who has adequate level of English, who is young ,dynamic, open to innovations and open to learning, who is willing to improve himself/herself , who is trained in pedagogy and who is interested in personal development will join this Project. Our first activity is a course which is entitled ‘İdentify The Talent Hidden in Your Classroom’. This activity has a rich contents about subjects such as; to guide students to realize their strenghts ,to analyse personality characteristics, to assist in the support of their families. Our second course is called Understand Yourself, Understand Your Learners . This course includes subjects such as; practical ways to understand students, motivation strategies, the responses of stress, how feedback is given ?... Our last activity will enable us to compare the knowledge that we could have by means of courses and school visits. We will be able to see shool and classroom layout , practises that reduce dicipline problems and we will be able to experience applications in terms of communication. Methods to be used in our Project; presentation, practice, group working, case study, brain storming, peer councelling and games. Thanks to Our Project called ‘No Lost Student’ ; friendships that we made during our school visits in europe and fund of knowledge will increase our motivation for new projects and new partnerships . Our teachers will be more experienced and equipped in understanding students, communication skills, uncovering the strenghts of students and in much more subjects. All classes will be in quality and integrity. The ties between teachers and students will strenghten and the learning motivation of students will increase. Our school will continue to be a pioneer of international cooperation.
