PROJET
TERMINÉ
The present project is entitled: "Training a new engine management system" and regards mobility of 40 students in initial vocational education 1st EPAL of Kalamata in the specialty of mechanical and electrical systems of cars. The students along with their accompanying teachers will be going to England and Germany for a period of 14 days in March 2015 and November 2014 respectively, where they will be welcomed by the GTG TRAINING and ARGO as host institutions.
The object of the proposed project regards training in the new engine management system. It is aimed at technicians who wish to enhance their understanding of engine management systems. During theoretical training the principles of operation of the various components required within the engine management system will explained, including the input and output signal types, feeders and diagrams.
In addition, the program focuses on the practical part to encourage confidence in the use of diagnostic equipment and provide technical skills associated with the practice of diagnostic procedures for the engine management. The program will enable participants to develop the skills required to undertake repairs on damage from moderate to severe accidents, using equipment alignment of the body.
Thus, training in this subject arose from the training needs of the students, and the labor market for specialization in new engine management system to gain knowledge, practical skills and attitudes that will make them competitive and able to pursue and achieve their integration into the labor market and self-fulfillment in their professional environment.
The training will cover both theoretical training in the host institution and internships - which will be given special attention - in business or certified workshops and visits to cultural attractions. The duration of the mobility abroad is satisfactory to meet the educational needs of participants while strengthening intercultural and linguistic characteristics of the program.
The plan also seeks with the implementation of the mobility, to achieve the following specific objectives:
* knowledge of engine management systems,
* the principles of operation of the various components required within the engine management system,
* ability to apply diagnostic procedures on engine management,
* ability to perform repairs on damaged bodywork
* ability to perform advanced diagnostic procedures,
* exact capacity of the motor,
* ability to perform alignments.
Subsequently, the implementation of the project will bring multiplier effects and benefits on the sending and receiving bodies, but also to the participants, who will gain the following:
* - Be able to meet the requirements of the new engine management systems ,
* - Understand the basic knowledge of emissions, Lambda sensors , Power Control , mapping ECU, power ECU, diagnosis Self ECU,
* - Check the diagnosis code error
* - To understand the advanced diagnostic procedures ,
* - To be curated diagnosis with oscilloscopes ,
* - To know to manage engine harness ,
* - To apply their skills in the preparation of the measurement system and the vehicle to make the measurement,
* - To make accurate measurement of vehicle
* - To make an accurate diagnosis of any misalignment of the vehicle ,
* - To carry out corrective alignments for resetting the body.
Both in design, and in the implementation of the project the host institution acts in the successful adaptation and improvement of knowledge and skills of the trainees to enable them to cope better the growing needs of the modern business world and make themselves more competitive labor market.
The methodology used to implement the project is based on preparation actions - collecting applications, selection of participants, preparation and trip participants, actions during implementation - theory, practice visits - and actions at the end of the project - evaluation, impact.
The expected impact on participants will be to gain knowledge and skills for this subject training, their personal development and the strengthening of the concept of European citizenship through them. Subsequently, the impact on partners is identified in the exchange of experience and networking capability and further mobility.
