The proposed project based on cooperation between Sivitanidios Laboratories Training Center (E.K. Sivitanidiou) & INITIATIVE FUR TEACHING ENTREPRENEURSHIP - IFTE in Vienna, an organization that has significant experience on the issue of teaching entrepreneurship in VET and has set as its main goal the empowerment of young people in anticipation of their output in the labor market - the teaching of business strategies & cultivating the appropriate qualifications and skills.The proposal concerns the training or 20 teachers from E.K. Sivitanidiou with different technical specialties, in “TRIO Model for Entrepreneurship Education - Youth start entrepreneurial challenge approach” The main objective for the participants is, to gain knowledge and upgrade their skills in order to transfer their experience & good practices from the receiving organization, to their working environment (training, design innovative educational activities,) and promote the development of business & professional skills of students and graduates in E.K. Sivitanidiou.The association of VET to the labor market and the introduction of the entrepreneurial spirit in VET, remains an issue at the national level and a key priority of European policy for the period 2014-2020.In recent years there has been a serious effort in the EU countries, matching the vocational training, with the constraints of economic reality. Within such a context, the role of training is increasingly linked with the need to safeguard employment. The request for a substantial coupling between training and the labor market, upsetting the traditional barriers between the two is imperative. In particular this applies to Vocational Training, students whose heavily demanding immediate integration into the labor market immediately after the end of their studies. There is a need for vocational training systems to produce new skills to respond to new jobs, improving adaptability and employability of graduates in the workplace. The upgrading of qualifications of teachers in VET, for a better match between skills and labor needs is important both for our country's exit from the crisis and the long-term employment prospects.The implementation of the proposed project meets both the policy to support the strategy "Europe 2020" in VET, and specific objectives such as the need interconnection of “Vocational Education and Training (VET) ' – “Employability” – “Entrepreneurship” “Αpprenticeship in Εnterprises”. To support these goals, will provide participants the opportunity:• to transfer to the educational community of our country, modern tools and systems in order to develop and improve individual and job skills of students in VET, but also to make individual career choices• To know the procedures for selecting specialties of training, responding to changing labor market needs• to integrate new methods of assessment tools for teaching entrepreneurship in VET,• to exchange experiences and to become acquainted with the methodology and practices used to partner organization, for the apprenticeship in enterprises”. • to acquire new knowledge and skills, transfer & integrate new methods, to improve the quality of education which is provided at E.K. Sivitanidiou, in order to develop the skills of students in both cognitive & emotional level to adopt a positive attitude towards entrepreneurship as a career option.• to upgrade their qualifications, for the correct prediction and a better match between skills and labor needs, According to the training program, main objective is training the participants through experiential exercises, workshops, educational study visits and presentations by executives of IFTE, so at the end of the program all the educational objectives have been achieved.The impact of the implementation of the project relates to integration of data an and useful conclusions in the design of new students skills at VET. The ultimate goal is for the period 2014-2020, under Them. Obj. 10 "Investing in education, skills & lifelong learning" embedded in the curriculum Vocational skills modules & actions aimed at connecting VET to the business world.The project will be set up at the premises of IFTE in Vienna, from November 2016 to November 2018
