The "Rural Youth in Action" project is a youth exchange in which are involved a total of 20 young participants of Sardinia (Italy) and Galicia (Spain), aged between 18 and 30, and four group leader. The project is funded by the Erasmus + program (Key Action 1). The activities were carried out in Seulo from the 7th to 14th of November 2015. The methodology used was: discussion forums, role plays, workshops, seminars, meetings with youth entrepreneurs and institutions, activities of "team building ", guided tours and multicultural evenings. GOALS ** Facilitate a meeting point and dialogue on issues of rural development and to promote the entrepreneurial spirit of young people of rural areas. ** To familiarize with the European and each country policies and programs relating to youth and entrepreneurship. ** Identify and understand rural resources in each territory and studying the potential of the same. ** Create a European awareness and promote an attitude of cooperation between the young participants ** Improve the languaje competence and comunication skills. ** Bring to the participantes the values ​​of respect, equality, solidarity, particularly to promote social cohesion in the European Union. ** To increase recognition of international youth work through YOUTH PASS.
