PROJET
TERMINÉ
The specific project objective is to stimulate economic operators within the cross-border region to implement measures for efficient use of shared natural resources and through conservation of natural heritage values to contribute for improve the quality of life. The project plans creating a partners web site showing the shared resources for attracting economic operators from both cross-border regions (District Haskovo and Province Edirne) to participate in joint project activities; creating a unified on-line data base linked to the environment responsibility of SME; developing innovative on-line tool for environmental self-assessment for SMEs applicable in both countries (Bulgaria and Turkey) and carrying out demonstration Eco-mapping; conducting a joint campaign to raise the awareness of SMEs form the target region about measures for effective use of natural resources and motivating them to use and, at the same time, protect the precious environment and to improve the quality of life.
