The EVS project "Joining Hands" shall build a bridge between the German association and the Polish and Italian association. For a period of twelve months a polish volunteer is to support the organisation in Rostock in preparing youth projects on topics such as cultural diversity, environmental protection or the discussion of German hostory. Moreover the person should work with disadvantaged young people in Rostock and help them with re-integration. Last but not least the project shall establish a permanent connection between the neighbouring countriens and advocate tolernace and understanding.
