Job Circuit - Enhanced opportunities for young people

The aim of the project is to develop methods for job alternance including teambuilding, information of employment, and experience of changing jobs. The target group is VET school drop-outs (early school leavers) and young unemployed people, 15 to 20 years old. The project will enable young people to identify their capabilities and interests for further training and work through offering job alternance. As a result, a method for cooperation between the labour market (SME's), the education institutions and the social welfare structures will be developed, creating possibilities for guidance and cooperation with troublesome young people. The project will also stimulate cross border and international exchange of experiences and practices on how to handle marginalized group of youth suffering from exclusion from working due to young age, improper attitude or/and lack of qualification.
