Our school is a catering High school. He recognized at European and international level activity, expertise appreciated by all. These are students in second year first catering and waiter (CSR : Marketing service and restoration) that can benefit from this project. The catering school Notre Dame, has many alumni living in Europe. And we will show to our students that professional integration in Europe is also for them. We plan to create a "primer" to prove their that it is not so difficult and the language barrier should not be an obstacle. Indeed, they have a good foundation and quickly realize they can communicate in another language. Each year , we send second class year students in Europe. They are greeted by the tutors, partners with whom we work regularly. On the way , teachers lead students and place . Contact is maintained with the participant and partner throughout the training course. End of the period , two teachers of professional education move to evaluate and return with them. Openness to international is registered in our school plan. We communicate constantly particularly with younger interested in these courses. The results are very positive: some young people return to work the summer in businesses. They are more comfortable with the language, they express themselves better, they communicate better, they invest more in language courses become for them real tools and professional communication. The youth project naturally towards a European professional insertion.
