Forty-three students of Secondary Technical College of Nutrition and Food Services, Secondary Technical High School of Hotel Administration and Secondary Technical School of Economics will take part in the project named I am a creative employee on the rapidly changing labour market. The partner in the project is euroMind – a Spanish company that deals with organising internships for the young from Europe. The main objective of the project is to improve the quality and innovation of vocational education at the school in Czerwionka-Leszczyny in the professions listed above, by gaining professional skills as well as cultural and linguistic competences by the students of our school. The project will enable students to familiarize themselves with the Spanish labor standards in the catering, hotel business and economic sector, with quality and technology standards, work station equipment and with the procedures being in force while performing specific professional duties. The expected result of the project is the acquisition by its participants new practical knowledge and professional experience in their profession, which will directly increase the attractiveness of future graduates of our school on the local labor market. During the internship, four counsellors will have custody of two groups of students traveling to Seville and Ubeda in September and November 2015. The curriculum will be implemented during the 3-week practice. The programme of the visit regarding students' internship in Spanish companies has been jointly developed with the partner institution- EuroMind. A group of participants will be selected according to strict selection criteria published on the school website after approval of the project. Before leaving for the internship, students will be directed to a Spanish language course, as they will communicate in that language every day at the place of internship. What is more, the students will attend extra 30 lessons in Spanish with a particular focus on professional vocabulary and its practical application. The beneficiary and the partner of the project assures the counsellor on basis of merit, organization of accommodation, transport, nourishment for the participants and realization of the language and culture programs. At the end of the project realisation the student will be graded, then there will be an evaluation of the project and the results will be published. Participation on the project is free of any charges. Declaration of participation after the recruitment procedure obliges the student to realize the intended activities. Each of the project participant will receive Europass Mobility certificate and other documents assuring the participation in the project.
